In Kengtung Education Degree College due to insufficient human resource of non-teaching staff such as Staff Officer, Deputy Staff Officer, Head of Office, accountant for both Finance and admin, clerk, general workers, Registrar of Student Affair. So Department of Student Affairs and Department of Admin has no labor force in compared with other Education Degree College. It results in that Principal, Vice-Principal, and Head of Departments are mainly leading to management of the whole Kengtung Education Degree College. There is only one permanent staff in position of female clerk for the whole college although there are already employed temporary staffs for cleaning and general work recently.
